Formerly know as the the H&H Tension Pneumothorax Needle, The TyTek Tension Pneumothorax Access Pack (TPAK) is a 14-gauge by 3.25-inch needle & catheter used to manage combat casualties who present with the signs and symptoms of a tension pneumothorax.  The TPAK meets 100% of the requirements for fit, form & function listed for NSN 6515-01-541-0635. The needle & catheter are protected by a hard plastic case from bending, damage and harsh environmental conditions while in an IFAK or trauma kit.
