We understand the importance and urgency in processing your order in a timely manner. All in-stock items usually ship within 2 business days upon receipt of paid order. Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday – Friday. In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we ship all domestic purchases via USPS. Items not in-stock at the time of order will automatically be put on backorder status and shipped when available. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
We do ship to our valued customers at APO/FPO locations but do so only using USPS. Unfortunately, this is currently the only viable option for reaching these destinations. Please allow extra time for delivery as a result of this limitation. USPS does not adequately insure value for packages or offer tracking of packages sent internationally, especially when sent to APO/FPO addresses. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages when sent using this method. We do ship internationally as well using FedEx if requested. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping requests or questions. We also will work with your preferred freight forwarder to get a shipment to you. The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes.
As actual shipping charges frequently are updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs. Some items may require an export license which could delay your shipment. This affects international shipments as well as shipments to APO/FPO’s.
In an effort to reduce fraud and theft, ALL shipments are sent as “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” for delivery. Please contact your local carrier if you are experiencing issues receiving your package.
As a result of market fluctuation our prices are subject to change without notice. All written quotes provided will be honored for 30 days from origination date, unless otherwise specified. All prices both published and verbal are in U.S. currency.
We can accept international payments from the following countries through Authorize.net:

Sales tax will only be charged to those customers purchasing in the state of North Carolina. For tax exempt organizations and retailers, state laws require us to have your signed tax exemption or resale certificate on file.
If a defect in materials or workmanship is found in any of Tactical Evolution Group’s custom products, we will repair or replace it, free of charge, for the lifetime of the product. This excludes normal wear and tear and only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
TEG carefully inspects all products prior to shipment. In the event you receive a different product than what you ordered or appears to have a defect, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. The following guidelines apply to all orders to ensure returns are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Please review our return eligibility requirements listed below prior to contacting Tactical Evolution Group.
Eligible products include:
- Unused products
- Original, unopened products
- Products purchased within the last 30 days from invoice date
Ineligible products include:
- Sterilized products
- Products opened or with compromised packaging integrity
- Expired products
- Discontinued products
- Special ordered or customized products
- Products purchased outside 30 days of invoice date
15% for returns requested within 30 days and 30% for any approved return falling outside of 30 days.
Customer service must be notified by emailing email@example.com to receive an authorization number. To expedite the process please have the original order number, purchase order number or invoice number available. Upon approval you will receive return directions via email along with your written return authorization documentation. This documentation must accompany all packages being returned
Training Refund Policy
All course training fees are due at the time of registration. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. All fees paid are non-refundable at 30 days before the class start date.
Lodging Refund Policy
All lodging reservations made through Tactical Evolution Group are fully refundable until 30-days prior to the course start date. All fees paid are non-refundable after 30-days prior to the class start date.
We try very hard to keep the information on this website as accurate and up to date as possible. However, errors may occur that may sometimes result in inaccurate information being displayed. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in stock status, product description, price, images, sizing information and availability. This website is meant to serve as a useful guide and ecommerce tool, but Tactical Evolution Group is not responsible for any errors or discrepancies.
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission.
We may have to call or email you from time to time to get clarity on an order detail or to provide you with order updates. We will do so only when it is absolutely necessary and we will not abuse this privilege. We will not publish the details of your order or item details on the exterior of the package so as to help avoid theft in transit.
Please note that given the nature of the products we offer, we do cooperate with law enforcement to stop the use of body armor by criminals or those who are not authorized to obtain it. That is to say, if we have reason to believe that you have used body armor in a criminal activity or, as a criminal, you attempted to purchase body armor, we will share that information with the legal authorities.
